Our Story

How two brothers built a family business focused on cleaner air and honest service.

Owen and I grew up surrounded by the trades through watching our father work at Emerson Swan. At the time we didn't think much of it, but it quietly introduced us to the world of family-owned businesses and skilled trade work.

At 16, I (Jack) began working on Al Gauron's Fishing Charter, where we frequently hosted groups from local blue-collar and family-run companies. A few years later, Owen started working at Plumber Supply Warehouse, where he was also immersed in the trade industry and the community around it.

Through those experiences we developed an appreciation for the trades and the pride that comes with building something of your own. As we began to see how competitive and uncertain the job market could be, the idea of starting a family-owned business ourselves became a more foreseeable option..

We wanted to build a business built on personalized, responsive interactions with clients . Our goal was to find a service that both improves long-term household health and provides quality, reliable service. That led us to HVAC cleaning.

We took a risk and pooled our savings to purchase the equipment and learning materials needed to get started. That decision marked the beginning of Ductless Brothers. Here's our truck.

From the start, we focused on building our business through our customers. By emphasizing clear communication, reliability, and respect for every home we enter, we worked to create lasting relationships with homeowners.

In the summer of 2025, we secured our first commercial job, which helped officially launch our venture and move Ductless Brothers from an idea into a growing business
